Ms. Maryse Labriet is founder of Eneris Environment Energy Consultants and faculty lecturer at the EOI-Madrid on Climate Change and on Energy and Poverty. Researcher and consultant in energy modeling, climate change and international cooperation for more than 20 years, she has conducted projects on climate and sustainable energy policies in Africa and Central America, involving energy system monitoring, institutional assessment, stakeholder liaison, energy access and clean cookstoves action plans, resilient and low-carbon energy development, capacity building. She also has a wide experience in integrated energy and climate modelling and collaborated with experts of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to study long term mitigation scenarios. In all her projects, she gives a high importance to knowledge sharing and capacity building, essential to scale up any change and innovative ideas. She is author of more than 50 scientific publications and coordinated more than 60 technical briefs on energy management. Energy Engineer (France), she holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences (Canada).
Eneris Environment Energy Consultants is an independent consultancy created in Madrid 2009 by Maryse Labriet, specialized in research, analysis and capacity-building in energy and climate strategies. Eneris approach is based on the collaboration with other researchers and consultants, nongovernmental organizations, international bodies, all driven by the desire to contribute to a more sustainable and equitable World.
